Wonderful experience with a reasonable price at Big Bubble Dive Shop in Koh Tao, Thailand
I went to Big Bubble to take the Advanced Open Water Diver (PADI) course alone. It was my first alone trip so I was a bit anxious. Anyway, this dive shop gave me a very warm welcome, one of their staff had called me to ask whether everything OK before I departed from Bangkok. Their staffs were also very friendly. The course was great, my instructor who was a very high experienced diver suggested me a lot of diving technique and pointed a number of underwater living species. He also guided me and the others guests about Koh Tao’s history and tourist attractions. :)
I chose to sleep in Big Bubble too. The room was clean. There is no separation between wet zone and dry zone in the rest room but it was not a big problem, this room rate is only around 500 THB per night.
They also have a restaurant in their shop where you can eat and enjoy with the sea, sand, sun together. I really love this restaurant. Moreover, the staffs asked me to join the Buddhist activity, very cultural event.
In conclusion, I recommend this place because it is peaceful, convenient and not expensive. The diving course is great. Besides, their staffs are very nice. :D
